Vivid Creative Services – Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

Introduction

At Vivid Creative Services (VCS), we provide books, e-books, toolkits, and creative resources to support your brand growth. This policy explains deliveries, returns, and refunds for purchases made on www.vcsbrand.com.


1. Physical Products (Books and Printed Materials)

  • Shipping & Fulfillment: Orders typically process and ship within 5–10 business days after payment. Tracking information is provided when available.
  • Returns: Unopened and unused items in original packaging may be returned within 5 calendar days of receipt. Return requests must be submitted via info@vcsbrand.com.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Digital Products (E-Books, Toolkits, Playbooks)

All digital product sales are final once access or download is granted. Digital products are licensed for personal, non-transferable use only.

If you experience issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact info@vcsbrand.com within 7 days of purchase.


3. Consulting, Training, and Marketing Services

Consulting, training, and marketing services are governed by separate agreements and are not covered under this Refund, Return & Shipping Policy.


4. Order Changes and Cancellations

To request order changes or cancellations, contact info@vcsbrand.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery by emailing info@vcsbrand.com with your order number and a description and/or photo of the issue.

We may issue a replacement or refund if a replacement is not available.


6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Vivid Creative Services is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We will assist with carrier claims and replacement requests when possible.
