VCS was selected as the Wellness Event Manager for Kansas City’s largest school district, leading the transformation of an annual corporate event into an engaging, family-friendly wellness experience. Our mission was to create an event that promoted healthy lifestyle choices for district employees and their families while fostering improved stakeholder engagement.
Our Role & Key Deliverables:
- Event Rebranding & Concept Development: Revamped the event into a health-conscious, interactive experience, aligning with the district’s wellness initiatives.
- Full-Scale Event Coordination & Logistics: Managed all aspects of event execution, including venue selection, event layout, set-up, and break-down to ensure a seamless experience.
- Vendor & Talent Procurement: Secured health-focused vendors, entertainment, and wellness experts to provide engaging activities, demonstrations, and resources.
- Creative Development & Marketing: Designed and implemented an integrated marketing plan, including internal communications, promotional giveaways, and digital content to drive engagement.
- Stakeholder & Community Engagement: Worked closely with school district leadership and corporate sponsors to enhance event impact and participation.
